2 bedroom house. Costs the same as a small motel room.
Positive: The place was stocked with just about everything. Pots and pans. Dishes and glasses. Spice rack, flatware, toaster etc. There is a good size laundry room. Very nice. Oh yeah!. I forgot to mention the 65 inch flat screen TV.
Negative: No central air. Several ceiling fans though. And in the master bedroom, a floor model AC. Worked well for the bedroom. But that was it.

Dirty with Cobwebs and Roaches
Positive: Size and layout
Negative: Bad neighborhood; no air from so called central AC; not enough toiletries, extremely dirty with Cobwebs and Roaches. These issues were addressed to the host but they never came by to fix the AC and we were staying under heat and unsanitary condition; HEAT+BACTERIA=ILLNESS. They sarcastically said that there were no issues with AC before; are they saying we broke it??? Close to the end of stay they said they will send someone to give us a window coolers and asked when we will be there when the window screens are caked on with dirt over the years; are we supposed to reschedule our plans??? We stayed 4 nights/5 days and they said they only give one mini set of shampoo/conditioner; if you were to stay 1 night/2days, then you will get approximately give you 1/4, a quarter size worth LOL... The soap dispenser was also broken so complained and they left a shampoo and hand soap bar end of our stay. The dishes, pots/pans and cutting board had food particals, oils, and the refrigerator had broken glass and molded garlic with food particals. There 29 photos of how dirty the house was but couldn't upload them to booking; will leave a review on other sites to see. Overall, the host never apologized until the last message sent knowing that we will leave a bad review. We literally tried to clean over an hour upon check in and stopped due to being disgusted and tired of driving. We tried to leave but couldn't find a place in such short notice. It was a worst stay ever and they have literally ruined our vacation and feel that we need at least a partial refund.

Does the trick for a short, stay for a group of 2-4. 1-2 hour drive into the National Parks nearby
Positive: Much more comfortable for a group of 3 instead of staying in a cheap motel outside the Parks. Well appointed kitchen for basics. Very convenient location to downtown Visalia for ease to grocery or places to eat. Great for getting to King's Canyon or Sequoia National Parks if you'd prefer to stay in the nearest major city and drive in each day. We were driving an EV, so needed to be near Superchargers (which were just 10 mins away).
Definitely committed to the MCM decorating. Noted the knock-off Wegner shell chair and Cesca dining chairs.
Negative: Had a Keurig coffee machine without any complementary pods to use. Could use a deep clean as there was dust on window sills and floors were not very clean. A bit dark interior due to dark wood, so you need to turn on all the lights to brighten it up. Not kid-friendly.
